Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Singapore
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses in some regions due to courier restrictions.

Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount during promotions.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Tracking Your Order

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed:

- Contact the courier directly for more details
If your package is lost:
- We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier
- Refunds or replacements are issued only after the courier confirms the loss
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot deliver the package due to:
- No recipient available
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed parcel
The package may be returned to us. Reshipping fees will apply.
