We want you to love your Bellery experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used or opened products
- Items purchased on final sale
- Gift cards
- Free promotional items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.
4. Return Process
To start a return:

- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be:
- Issued to your original payment method
- Processed within 5–10 business days
- Excluding original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:

For other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost:
- We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier
- Refunds for lost packages are issued only after the courier confirms the loss
- Delays caused by customs or local authorities are outside our control
8. International Returns
For international customers:
- Return shipping costs vary by country
- Customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit; please use a tracked service
